New board level role reporting to international CEO...
Global law firm Osborne Clarke is seeking a Chief Transformation and Technology Officer -- a completely new board level role reporting directly into the international CEO and the international Board.
"The main purpose of the role will be to lead the international business' IT and strategic change functions, and to develop and lead its Legal Service Delivery/Operations function" Osborne Clarke said.

Osborne Clarke has 1300+ lawyers working in 26 locations around the world – across the US, Europe and Asia -- and expertise in a trio of compelling areas: decarbonisation, "urban dynamics" and digitalisation.
The successful candidate will be able to work out of any of the firm's European offices (Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Bristol, Brussels, Cologne, London, Munich, Milan, Paris, Rome, Stockholm etc.) and will be joining 2021's law firm of the year; praised at the British Legal Awards for "its progressive and innovative use of technology, clear understanding of the importance of diversity and social mobility, decarbonisation and sustainability".

The successful candidate will support delivery of Osborne Clarke's 2025 strategy and beyond by "leveraging technology and innovation to drive client service excellence and increase efficiency; delivering on our internal transformation agenda; define a strategic portfolio of change for the international business with a three year roadmap; build out the required processes and governance to underpin a professional Project Office and lead a dedicated International Change Board to deliver upon this agenda and use technology and process optimisation to drive the firm's legal services delivery agenda including "client experience excellence"...
The new Osborne Clarke Chief Transformation and Technology Officer will also oversee IT service delivery (through the IT Director), "ensuring it is fit for purpose to support a growing international business."
