Government plans to create a unified digital pensions dashboard that would let people see their pensions in one place stumbled and were forced into a hard “reset” with costs climbing $54 million after the agency responsible for delivering the plan admitted it was “unprepared for the level of technical complexity,” according to a new report from auditors.
